Streamline VRS now offers the Trust Accounting Project (TAP), our Accounting QA checks allows us to review accounting transactions in your system

This project includes much more as well.
Our system experts will do a thorough review of your accounting transaction and reports. While working giving you steps to clean up other accounting areas so that you would need to take to have accurate accounting.

What can I expect from this clean up project?

Phase 1: Streamline Review

Streamline will review transactions to verify if they are false positive or actual transaction issues

Fix Transactions
Review and fix any vendor liability transaction issues
Review Reports to ensure they match (Account Summary, Property Trial Balance, Guest Adv Deposits, Security Deposit Held)
Fix any report mismatches

Phase 2: Client Tasks

Clients will close cleans (if using costing).
Clients will review Guest Advance Deposit to clean up past reservations have not been paid yet.
Clients will clear all undeposited funds from the past to ensure undeposited funds is accurate.
Clients will complete up to date bank recons.
Clients will review all old Pay invoices for accuracy and ensure that any invoices.

Phase 3: Account Summary

Streamline will run the account summary and let the client know how much should be in there Trust Bank Account.

**This can be money owed or money due and Streamline is not responsible for ensuring client has done Phase II accurately.
